Job Title: Store Service Manager

At New Leaf Community Markets, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing store inventory, including ordering and receiving products, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a grocery or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
