Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Premium Brands Services, LLC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including sales floor management, customer service, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandising: Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store is always visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and inventory reports to the Store Manager, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum six months sales associate experience with Premium Brands Services, LLC or equivalent experience with another retailer in a position of sales associate or higher.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
