**Job Title:** Store Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Ross Stores, Inc. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Store Operations: Responsible for all aspects of the Stores' operations, including staffing, training, and developing leadership teams to deliver desired sales and profit results.
  • Manage Store Teams: Recruits, trains, and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and non-exempt Associates to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Control Expenses: Leads all expenditures to be within budget and controls payroll hours to plan, as the primary controllable expense.
  • Maintain a Safe & Secure Environment: Maintains adherence to Company safety policies and ensures the safety of Associates and Customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect and demonstrates courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience: TWO or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels, fluency in English, and ability to work evenings and weekends.
