Your responsibilities will include:
Utilizing your expertise in statistics and optimization to define decision-making challenges related to marketing expenditures across channels.
Forecasting future customer behaviors and business conditions through machine learning and predictive analytics.
Employing analytical and predictive methodologies to develop models for enhancing targeting efforts.
Communicating proposals and findings clearly, supported by data and accompanied by actionable insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.

Experience in constructing machine learning models or formulating algorithms for business applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
2-7 years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, and data science.
Strong coding and software development skills, particularly in machine learning frameworks.
Familiarity with relevant statistical metrics such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, and the development and evaluation of data sets.
Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal) and a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a distributed, cross-functional team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
A history of exploring data to uncover hidden patterns and conducting error/deviation analysis.

Capability to devise experimental and analytical strategies for data modeling processes, utilizing strong baselines, and accurately identifying cause-and-effect relationships.

Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, highly collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is determined by several factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
