Position Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) for our Crisis Department in a REMOTE/HYBRID capacity. In this role, you will oversee the quality of services provided to clients, manage daily operations of the program, and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. You will also provide direct counseling services and support to adults, families, and youth, while supervising clinical staff. Flexibility in working hours, including Days, Nights, Holidays, and On-Call, is essential. *Weekly IN-OFFICE hours are REQUIRED. *Candidates from Maricopa County, AZ are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administrative and clinical oversight of staff and volunteers, evaluating their performance and making personnel recommendations.
  • Manage daily program operations, including scheduling meetings and ensuring quality assurance in service delivery.
  • Propose enhancements to service delivery and maintain at least one clearly defined program area.
  • Ensure compliance with the agency's standards of care and assist with Quality Management and Utilization Review as needed.
  • Guarantee quality service delivery, including clinical care and documentation, while maintaining client records in accordance with agency policies.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate actively in committees and work groups as assigned, providing training and guidance to interns and staff.
  • Deliver comprehensive services to clients and facilitate communication across departments to ensure continuity of care.
  • Commit to at least 40 hours of work per week, attending meetings and trainings outside of regular hours as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field is required.
  • Must possess or be in the process of obtaining licensure for LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT.
  • Preferred experience in community behavioral health.
  • Specialized knowledge in co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment is a plus.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the behavioral health field is required.
  • Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one is necessary.
  • A valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years is required.
  • Regular access to reliable transportation is essential. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.

  • Ability to remain composed in crisis situations and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships with team members and community partners.
  • Valid Arizona driver license and appropriate liability insurance are required for driving on agency business.
  • Attendance at meetings and training outside of regular hours may be necessary.
  • Compliance with required training is mandatory.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
