Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) for our Crisis Department. This position is available in a REMOTE/HYBRID format. As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, overseeing daily operations of the program, and suggesting improvements to enhance service effectiveness. You will also provide direct counseling services, ongoing support, prevention initiatives, and educational outreach to adults, families, and youth. This role includes direct supervision of clinical staff and requires flexibility in working hours, including Days, Nights, Holidays, and On-Call duties. *Weekly in-office hours are mandatory. *Candidates from Maricopa County, AZ are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in the administrative and clinical oversight of staff and volunteers. Assess performance and recommend personnel actions to the manager. Deliver direct client services as assigned.
  • Oversee daily program operations, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings and quality assurance of service delivery. Monitor productivity and individual performance to meet established standards.
  • Propose enhancements to service delivery and develop at least one clearly defined program area. Ensure regular supervision and performance reviews of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with the agency's standards of care and assist with Quality Management and Utilization Review as directed.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records in accordance with agency policies, including documentation of phone interactions, intake assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up reports.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate actively in committees and work groups as assigned. Provide training and mentorship to interns and staff, ensuring adherence to agency policies.
  • Deliver comprehensive services to clients and facilitate communication across departments to ensure continuity of care.
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, including attending meetings and training outside regular hours. Flexibility for evening and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field is required.
  • Licensure or progress towards licensure for LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT is essential.
  • Previous experience in community behavioral health is preferred.
  • Specialized knowledge in co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the behavioral health field is required.
  • Must possess a Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
  • A valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years is necessary.
  • Regular access to reliable transportation is required. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.

  • Foster positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • If driving for agency purposes, a valid Arizona driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage are required.
  • Attend training and agency events outside of regular hours as requested.
  • Comply with all required training and complete additional duties as assigned.
