Pest Control Technician
Location: Field Work, Servicing King County, WA
Compensation: $25 - $30/hour, Full-Time, Hourly with Bonuses

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Pest Control Technician who possesses strong character and a compassionate approach to join our Residential Pest Control Department. This position is vital in upholding our standards of excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional pest control services.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations and their sources.
  • Implement appropriate pest control treatments in accordance with legal, safety, and company guidelines.
  • Provide customers with advice on preventive measures to promote long-term pest management solutions.
  • Utilize mobile technology for scheduling, reporting, and maintaining real-time communication with the team.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings, ensure punctuality, and maintain readiness for service calls.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Physical capability to climb, crawl, crouch, carry, and work in confined spaces and on ladders.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle chemicals safely.
  • Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not mandatory. Support will be provided for obtaining necessary certifications.

Working Hours:
