Job Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Pest Control Technician who possesses strong character and an understanding of customer needs to join our Residential Pest Control Department, which is vital to our operations.

This position plays a key role in upholding our standards of excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional pest management services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest issues and their sources.
2. Implement appropriate treatments in accordance with legal, safety, and company protocols.
3. Provide clients with advice on preventive measures for long-term pest control solutions.
4. Utilize mobile technology for scheduling, reporting, and maintaining real-time communication with colleagues.
5. Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings, punctuality, and readiness for service.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
4. Physical capability to climb, crawl, crouch, carry, and work in confined spaces and on ladders.
5. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle chemicals safely.
6. Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not mandatory. Assistance will be provided for obtaining pest control certification if needed.
