We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our dynamic IT Asset Management (ITAM) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and document processes and tools for Asset Management.
  • Map relationships between software, hardware, licenses, and other essential IT assets.
  • Collect and analyze asset data, ensuring accuracy through collaboration with external teams and vendors.
  • Conduct audits of the IT Asset Management database to maintain data integrity.
  • Oversee asset movement and manage relationships between software and hardware.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of purchase orders and asset acquisitions.
  • Support IT project teams by providing asset oversight and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with security guidelines and ITAM policies.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within asset management processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of asset life cycles and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
