Lead Client Service Specialist

As a Lead Client Service Specialist on one of our expanding teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
We provide a flexible hybrid work model (in-office presence required on select days) with operational hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outstanding Client Service: Proactively anticipating client needs, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers,
- Managing client information effectively,
- Processing all cashiering and fund movement requests.
- Client Engagement: Organizing and scheduling client meetings while preparing necessary materials in advance.
- Client Onboarding: Streamlining the onboarding process for new clients:
- Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering requirements, and setting up online reporting access,
- Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, and reconciling account information,
- Facilitating document exchanges with clients, their advisors, and investment custodians.
- Documentation Management: Ensuring accurate client records and managing documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Inputting and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system.
- 2 - 5+ years of client service experience in the wealth management sector and a desire to build a career in this field.
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or business administration).
- FINRA Series 65 license is strongly preferred, or the willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting (or similar systems) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation.
- Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to following established processes consistently.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Demonstrated reliability (the team's hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday).
