Field Work, Servicing King County, WA Compensation: $25 - $30/hour, Full-Time, Hourly with Bonuses

We are committed to understanding our customers' needs and delivering reliable service with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest issues and assess treatment requirements.
2. Implement pest control measures in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
3. Educate clients on preventative strategies to maintain pest-free homes.
4. Utilize technology for scheduling, reporting, and maintaining communication with team members.
5. Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and punctual service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling chemicals safely.
- Previous experience in pest control is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for certification.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive hourly wage with performance bonuses.
- Weekly pay, including 10 days of paid vacation, 8 days of paid sick leave, and paid holidays.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for overtime during peak seasons.
