Our mission is to cultivate knowledge and evidence that underpins policies aimed at enhancing women's economic power and societal influence, bridging inequality gaps, and bolstering the economic security and well-being of girls, women, and families. We are committed to generating ideas that empower and promote economic equity for all women.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY:
At IWPR, we recognize that social and economic mobility in the United States is shaped by various factors including race, ethnicity, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, and other dimensions of diversity.
In our pursuit of economic equity and our efforts to understand the experiences of all women in the workforce and society, we employ both racial equity and intersectional frameworks in our research and analysis, aiming to develop strategies and solutions that reflect the economic realities faced by women and families.

• Implement various initiatives including retreats, monthly recognition of birthdays, anniversary communications, and life event gifts.
• Develop and manage special HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee professional development and compliance training programs for staff.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
