Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Analyze complex financial reports and records to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile and review expenses at the end of the month, providing variance analysis.
  • Verify proper general ledger accounting through account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate annual audits to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with ERP software knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.
