Position Overview:

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to become a vital part of our People Operations team. This position is focused on enhancing the employee experience by providing outstanding support in various HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, compliance, offboarding, and HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main HR liaison for different business units.
  • Facilitate change management and employee retention through effective communication and training initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Manage drug-free workplace protocols and oversee leave of absence requests and accommodations.
  • Support managers in navigating employee relations matters.
  • Continuously enhance HR processes for better efficiency.
  • Effectively manage stress and job demands.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of benefits and general HR practices, including relevant regulations and laws.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in creating tables, charts, and graphs.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-motivated and quick to adapt to new business processes and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
