Job Summary and Qualifications
The CT/MRI Imaging Specialist is responsible for executing a variety of imaging procedures as directed by the physician. The specialist will manage daily operations to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care in a diagnostic and therapeutic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for the patient populations served in the department.
You will exhibit an understanding of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's needs relative to their age-specific requirements.
You will evaluate patients' and families' capacity to learn and integrate education throughout the CT or MRI process.You will deliver compassionate, holistic care while upholding the rights and dignity of all patients.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ARRT registered.
CT & MRI Certification or to be obtained within 6 months.
A minimum of 1-3 years of CT & MRI experience.
