Role Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented workforce.
- Designs, implements, and manages all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Works closely with department leaders to craft precise job descriptions and establish hiring criteria.
- Identifies and applies efficient recruiting methods tailored to the specific role and organizational needs.
- Facilitates job postings and manages advertisement initiatives.
- Evaluates applications and selects qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Coordinates interview schedules and prepares necessary interview materials.
- Participates in the interview process alongside managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with hiring managers and HR personnel during the offer stage, advising on salary ranges and other relevant details.
- Ensures adherence to all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Engages in college recruitment events and job fairs.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in the human services sector is preferred.
- Background in recruiting or community relations is advantageous.
