Role Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and talented workforce.

  • Designs, implements, and manages all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Works closely with department leaders to craft precise job descriptions and establish hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and applies efficient recruiting methods tailored to the specific role and organizational needs.
  • Facilitates job postings and manages advertisement initiatives.
  • Evaluates applications and selects qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Coordinates interview schedules and prepares necessary interview materials.
  • Participates in the interview process alongside managers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and HR personnel during the offer stage, advising on salary ranges and other relevant details.
  • Ensures adherence to all applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Engages in college recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in the human services sector is preferred.
  • Background in recruiting or community relations is advantageous.
