Role Summary:

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled professional to take on the role of Restructure Specialist. In this capacity, you will be responsible for re-evaluating and renegotiating indirect auto loans through a network of both franchise and independent automobile dealerships across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with dealership partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to expand the dealer network and enhance the efficiency of current partnerships.
  • Assess and modify existing credit applications as necessary.
  • Work closely with existing partners to activate non-participating and underperforming dealerships.
  • Negotiate various terms including rates, fees, and loan values with dealership partners.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Support other departments as required by business demands.
  • Ensure adherence to Foursight's policies and compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales or credit is required.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
