Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, you will engage in a variety of transactions, including restructurings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures. Analysts are expected to contribute to the development, structuring, and financing of these transactions while actively participating in internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Position Requirements

To be eligible for the Analyst role, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000

This salary range reflects the estimated base salary for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience. The listed range pertains to base salary only, and total compensation may include additional components.
