6. Conduct quarterly Problem Loan reporting for Criticized/Classified credits, including financial assessments of clients' conditions and monitoring of covenants. Proactively develop and implement Action Plans, escalating potential credit concerns to the Relationship Manager, Team Manager, and/or Credit Manager.

8. Maintain current knowledge of all Bank lending policies and regulations. Consult with the Credit Manager and relevant Bank personnel regarding new and existing lending requirements and regulations.
9. May oversee loan documentation processes, collaborating with legal counsel to ensure all loans are documented correctly to safeguard the Bank's interests in the credit relationship. Regularly review collateral to mitigate credit exposure.
