Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our Global Large Customer Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Process Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance, to develop and implement business process plans that drive company confidence in annual goals.
  2. Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive business results, including proactive strategic projects that enable sales leaders to better operate their teams.
  3. Market Data Analysis: Leverage first and third-party market data to create new sales programs and refine go-to-market strategies across all segments of our ads business.
  4. Team Support: Provide measurement, data, and operating insights to support demand side growth acceleration and develop a playbook for rapidly ramping sales teams.
  5. Market Opportunity Identification: Overlay a market opportunity view with the internal view to identify opportunities for new pockets of revenue.

Requirements:

  1. Advertising Experience: Proven experience in advertising, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  2. Executive Leadership: 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles, with a track record of driving business results.
  3. Sales and Business Operations: 10+ years of experience in sales and business operations, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Startup Experience: Prior startup experience preferred, with a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.
  7. International Experience: International experience preferred, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $232,500 - $325,500 USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, and generous time off for vacation and parental leave.
