Job Title: Director Revenue Management-Chicago

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Management to join our team at Wells Enterprises. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing the Revenue Management Team. This role requires a strong understanding of pricing concepts, applications, and overall marketing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the Revenue Management Team in providing strategic pricing process, system, and tools leadership, guidance, management, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute new pricing strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to improve performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead strategic and tactical planning processes, including financial projections, competitive benchmarking, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Oversee competitive price data acquisition and maintenance.
  • Help build the skills of the regional sales team in relation to building value propositions that support value-based pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or math. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant pricing experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Experience utilizing various pricing software packages a plus.
