Job Title: Director, Media Platform and Data Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Media Platform and Data Strategy to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our media and data strategy, leveraging your expertise in data-driven media and technology solutions to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive media and data strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven media solutions that meet client needs and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within our organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in data-driven media and technology solutions, with a strong background in media strategy and planning.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven media solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
