Job Description

Wells Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Optimization to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing and revenue management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability across product categories and channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of revenue management plans, including financial projections, competitive benchmarking, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial excellence and improve pricing decision-making capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and finance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant pricing experience, with a strong background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through pricing and revenue management initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
