We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure contractual commitments are met, production schedules are maintained, and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Account Planning: Work with the Sales Manager to prepare bookings forecasts and plans, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: As a member of the Customer Support Team, work collaboratively with other team members to address product line issues, including production, engineering, delivery, sales, and quality.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare quotes and pricing for submission to the Sales Manager, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Customer Visits: Support and lead customer visits, both on-site and externally, as requested.
  • Employee Development: Use discretion and independent judgment to make decisions and take ownership of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience with contracts, customer success, and management.
  • Skills: Task-oriented, ability to work in an office environment, and experience with government contracts is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to grow customer relationships, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
