About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Federal Reserve Bank. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving a wide range of technical and non-technical issues related to our financial services.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively and professionally to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems, browsers, and basic internet navigation, with the ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
