- Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and efficiency in communication.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong initiative to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Ability to gather information from various sources to generate work orders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- High standards of quality and self-assurance.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn the company's scheduling, accounting, and inventory software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $35,000 - $38,000
- 401k plan with a company match of $0.50 for every dollar up to 6%.
- 12 days of paid time off in the first year, increasing to 18 days after the second year.
- Medical and Dental insurance covered by the employer at 75%.
