Customer Service Specialist - Immediate Requirement

This role involves direct collaboration with the Vice President of the division alongside the Business Development team. The primary focus will be on organizing relay installations and managing warranty processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Leasing Agents to process orders.
  • Inputting data into work orders using Solomon software.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and efficiency in communication.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong initiative to anticipate and address customer needs.
  • Ability to gather information from various sources to generate work orders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • High standards of quality and self-assurance.
  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn the company's scheduling, accounting, and inventory software.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $35,000 - $38,000
  • 401k plan with a company match of $0.50 for every dollar up to 6%.
  • 12 days of paid time off in the first year, increasing to 18 days after the second year.
  • Medical and Dental insurance covered by the employer at 75%.
