Role Summary: The Account Services Specialist II will be responsible for managing standard maintenance tasks associated with loan and lease clientele. This role includes overseeing Paid in Full agreements, conducting file audits, retrieving essential documentation, and ensuring precision in servicing operations for our customers. The specialist will play a key role in sustaining effective workflows within the department, adhering to established protocols, and supporting the overall servicing function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine maintenance on loan and lease customer records.
- Manage Paid in Full agreements and ensure the accurate completion of related tasks.
- Perform audits on customer files to confirm compliance and accuracy.
- Gather and organize necessary documentation for servicing transactions.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines in servicing activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient departmental workflows.
- Assist in addressing routine inquiries and issues from customers and team members.
- Contribute to the overall accuracy and integrity of customer files and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes impacting servicing tasks.
- Support the implementation of process enhancements identified by senior team members.
- Maintain confidentiality due to access to sensitive personal information of consumers.
- Responsibilities and activities may be subject to change.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a lending or captive finance industry operational role, such as Account Services, Funding, Customer Service, or Collections.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Promptly addresses issues and delivers responsive customer service.
- Engages in clear oral and written communication, listens actively, and collaborates effectively within teams.
- Maintains high levels of professionalism and ethical standards, respecting all individuals and supporting organizational values.
- Efficiently prioritizes tasks, adheres to policies, and focuses on quality and productivity in work.
- Embraces change, consistently meets attendance standards, and proactively contributes to innovation and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and policy manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of employees.
- Ability to apply previous knowledge to solve complex problems and follow instructions provided in written or oral form.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Suite and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and stay informed on industry trends.
Overtime: May be required.
Physical Requirements: The role involves sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, close vision for computer work, speaking, hearing, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be reviewed upon request.
