Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Professional to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors in developing and enhancing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients on non-administrative requests and needs, while supporting relationship management activities and developing the team's client service model.
  • Assist with client meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition.
  • Track client actions and activities to ensure the highest level of client service, while presenting timely updates to the team and monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction.
  • Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations and execute on the team service model, including engaging with specialists/partners to address client needs.
  • Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations.
  • Assist the Financial Advisor team and/or Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy.
Requirements
  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.
  • SAFE ACT Registration.
  • Individuals in this role are required to maintain a Form ADV-2B, which provides clients details on individuals experience and educational background, along with other requirements governed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  • Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
  • Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
  • Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution.
Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Environment

This role is designed to allow employees to study and obtain all required registrations. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
