About the Position

As a key member of the Bridge Investment Group team, the Regional Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and profitability of the properties within a portfolio under the direction of the Vice President. This individual will be responsible for directing and implementing all policies, objectives, and activities for multi-family assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Establish, train, and lead a strong property management team to achieve maximum occupancy potential and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Property Management: Effectively manage properties to achieve maximum occupancy potential, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage capital improvement budgets.
  • Financial Management: Manage the long-term financial performance of the properties in your region, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Customer Service: Enhance customer service through quality resident relationships and owner satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and lead the department to achieve broader company goals.
  • Compliance: Assure safety practices are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines, and follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Two or more years of regional management experience, preferably with HUD and Housing experience.
  • Leadership Skills: High performance expectations of self and others, demonstrated budgeting skills, and the ability to read and analyze profit and loss reports.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, excellent customer service skills, and ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
