**Project Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at MN International Enterprises. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, each with a budget ranging from $500,000 to $2,000,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and field staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Requirements:
    • 5+ years of relevant construction experience in the concrete and/or hardscape space.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) or equivalent experience.
    • Portfolio showcasing experience in managing public and private construction projects.
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
