We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Healthcare Data Architecture and Management to join our team at Community Clinic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support, analysis, and subject matter expertise in the areas of clinical data quality management and innovation, performance measurement, process improvement, health informatics, data interoperability, and the overall Electronic Health/Medical Record System, and Data Quality Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Data-Driven Solutions: Develop and implement data-driven solutions in support of clinical business intelligence, ensuring that data strategies align with clinical objectives.
  • Frame Data Warehouses and Troubleshoot Solutions: Design and troubleshoot data warehouses and database management systems to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Clean and Integrate Data: Clean and integrate disparate sources of data, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Facilitate Integration and Information Sharing: Facilitate integration and information sharing across the organization, ensuring that data is accessible and usable by all stakeholders.
  • Provide Strategic and Operational Support: Provide strategic and operational support and subject matter expertise based on an understanding of clinical data quality management, process improvement, and measurement issues.
  • Conduct Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis of healthcare data extracted from electronic health records or other electronic data sources.
  • Manage Clinical Data Quality Program: Manage the clinical data quality program and lead health information technology (HIT) implementation and reporting.
  • Write and Review Descriptions of Measures: Write and review descriptions of measures for clinical quality programs, including their uses and limitations, suitable for a non-technical audience.
  • Use Data Visualization Tools: Use data visualization tools to communicate information to various stakeholders.
  • Advise Leadership and Stakeholders: Advise leadership and stakeholders as they seek to modernize their clinical and healthcare data and technology infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience at a Director level and a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years combination of related education and work experience and a Master's Degree a plus.
  • Applied Expertise: Applied expertise working with clinical and health information systems, open data sources, and data standards.
  • Experience with Production Healthcare Systems: Experience working with production healthcare systems such as EHRs, Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), Interface Engines, or other clinical systems including CRISP, CommonWell, or ADT systems.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Industry: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, healthcare terminology, clinical roles, and national healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Quality Measures: Knowledge of clinical quality measures and clinical decision support systems.
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with Database Programming Languages: Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL.
  • Proficiency with Python for Data Manipulation: Proficiency with Python for data manipulation.

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
