**Job Title:** IT Manager

**Reports to:** Director of Operations

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Exempt

**Salary Range:** $75,000-78,000

**About the Role:

• Oversee the development and management of the organization's technology infrastructure
• Develop and implement standardized policies and procedures
• Supervise and manage the Web Manager and Web Coordinator
• Collaborate with the MSP vendor and Director of Operations

**Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement technology projects
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems
• Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, and systems
• Provide training and support to staff on new IT tools and technologies
• Manage vendor relationships for IT infrastructure projects

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
• Experience in technology project management and leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products and other relevant software
• Experience working with IT Managed Service Providers
• Familiarity with CiviCRM and Drupal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build consensus and facilitate discussions
