Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Representative to join our team at Boston Children's Hospital. As a key member of our patient-facing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and families receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register new patients, collect and process demographic and insurance information, and reconcile payments.
  • Schedule patient encounters and procedures, coordinating with clinicians and departments to ensure efficient daily patient flow.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, routing messages, and maintaining calendars.
  • Utilize office technology to enroll patients in the patient portal and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic customer service and computer skills essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and work effectively with diverse internal and external constituencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills required.
