Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient and effective patient flow
- Develop and implement training programs for registration staff
- Manage patient schedules and appointments
- Utilize technology to streamline patient registration and data management
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
- At least two years of experience in healthcare and/or with MassHealth insurances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technology, including Windows, Epic, and Workday
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
