About the Role

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive profitable growth and deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors and staff, aligning business objectives with BayMark's strategic goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish yearly goals, track progress, and oversee the book of business within the region, identifying market opportunities and driving profitable growth.
  • Financial Management: Assume fiscal responsibility through budgetary planning and implementation, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Team Development: Attract, coach, and develop talent to ensure a high-performing team capable of carrying out business strategies.
  • Performance Management: Support a strong performance management culture by mentoring staff, providing frequent and constructive feedback, and contributing to BayMark's success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in the company's annual operating and long-term strategic planning process, collaborating with the senior leader team to evaluate results, establish a future vision, and develop strategic plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Become familiar with OTP federal and state laws, regulations, and the application of such, adhering to BayMark's Standards of Ethical Conduct.
  • Quality Improvement: Incorporate CQI principles into daily activities, focusing on process improvements, patient safety, and premier patient satisfaction.
  • Organizational Development: Initiate, develop, and support organizational processes and systems that ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor leaders and management in career growth and actively cooperate in succession planning efforts, retaining and recruiting a diverse workforce while supporting diversity initiatives and goals.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain knowledge and achieve compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, licensure, accreditation requirements, record procedures, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience: Ten (10) years of relevant management experience required
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret financial data, prior experience in an outpatient setting with multisite responsibility and Medical Assisted Treatment settings required, strong knowledge of current drug abuse and treatment information, and demonstrated success in building high-performing operating teams.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated success in driving initiatives that yield strong results, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills, ability to travel as needed, ability to identify and develop long-term solutions, and demonstrated ability to effectively coach and manage Treatment Center Directors, Clinical Supervisors, and Directors.
