Counselor Supervisor

BayMark Health Services is seeking a qualified Counselor Supervisor to join our team in Maryland. As a Counselor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality counseling services to our patients.

• Assign and manage caseloads for counselors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Direct and supervise intake operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for patients.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians, including meetings, in-service trainings, and literature reviews.
• Act as Treatment Center Director in the absence of the Director.
• Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor.

• Current CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC licensure in the State of Maryland.
• Supervisory letter and prior supervisory experience.
• Self-motivated and directed, with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude towards patients.
• Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
