Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily functions of the branch, including customer service, sales, and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and train a team of branch staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including daily reversals of service charges and returned check charges.

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work successfully with customers and employees across multiple departments.
  • Basic math skills and effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to sell and cross-sell bank products and services effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift office supplies up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
