Position: Restoration Project Manager at SERVPRO of AMS Trading, Inc.

The restoration project manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of designated restoration assignments and managing production teams. Key responsibilities focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue and profit growth, fostering management and staff development, and leading the team towards operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer and client experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction reflected in online feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries from potential clients.
  • Develop precise project scopes and prepare estimates using XACTIMATE software.
  • Facilitate negotiations for client approval on project scopes and estimates.
  • Coordinate and supervise crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review documentation related to job sites to support services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production costs, including equipment, vehicles, and other materials.
  • Adhere to and promote safe work practices and compliance with safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.
Position Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • IICRC certifications are preferred; experience with Xactimate is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals safely.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
  • Must successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
