The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of designated restoration projects and managing production teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue and profit growth, and fostering both management and staff development. As a front-line leader, you will guide your team towards operational excellence.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact every day, contributing to our mission of restoring properties to their pre-damage condition.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
- Provide immediate responses to potential clients.
- Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using XACTIMATE software.
- Facilitate customer approval for project scopes and estimates.
- Coordinate and supervise crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
- Review documentation to support services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Manage production costs, including equipment and material assets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
- Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- IICRC certifications are preferred; experience with Xactimate is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
- Must successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
