Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactively seek opportunities to assist the project team in providing superior client services.
  • Contract Management: Ensure that the contract process is followed, and support the project management team to ensure that work is not started without proper client authorization and documentation.
  • Invoicing and Financial Management: Proactively provide all aspects of invoicing support to ensure that project managers follow the invoicing process.
  • Project Scheduling: Maintain project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Project Closeout: Execute Project Closeout procedures, ensuring that all deadlines are met and utilizing the contract compliance checklist to confirm all items are complete after submitting for final closure.
  • Communication: Ensure a clear understanding of work requested/required deadlines, communicate status and completion of the assignment to requesting project managers, and execute complete and error-free work assignments as directed.
  • Project Documentation: Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity for individual projects within the project tracking system.
  • Company Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of personal role and services of Newco Sharpe Project Developments LLC.
  • Networking and Marketing: Attend networking and marketing-related events.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Project management or related field experience, with a strong understanding of all phases of the development process.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with office management software.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field, Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, and fluency in the Spanish language.
