Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute restoration projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols as outlined in work orders
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients
  • Coordinate project requirements and resources
  • Lead and supervise production activities
  • Track and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site
  • Respond promptly to service requests
  • Establish efficient workflows for each job

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in restoration services related to water, fire, and mold damage
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • IICRC certifications are highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel locally or out of state as needed
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to various chemicals
  • Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, drive, sit, and climb
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces)
  • Repetitive actions involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
