Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Director of Development to join our team at Stanford University. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of development and philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to support the growth and success of Stanford Health Care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, faculty, and hospital leadership.
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Provide exceptional stewardship and recognition to donors, ensuring a positive and lasting impact on the university.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience in development, fundraising, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in major gifts fundraising, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
