Senior Associate Director of Development, Major Gifts SHC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Director of Development to join our team at Stanford University. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of development and philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to support the growth and success of Stanford Health Care.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, faculty, and hospital leadership.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events.
- Provide exceptional stewardship and recognition to donors, ensuring a positive and lasting impact on the university.
- Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience in development, fundraising, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in major gifts fundraising, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
