Job Title: Director/Associate Director, Recruiting Creative

Stanford University's Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation is seeking a highly skilled and creative Director/Associate Director to lead our recruiting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent to our university.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content creation strategies to engage prospective student-athletes and showcase the unique aspects of Stanford University and its athletics programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the most effective distribution channels for our content and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain Stanford's position as a leader in recruiting and content creation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and creation, with a focus on recruiting and engaging with prospective student-athletes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $77,000 to $85,000 per annum.
