Job Title: Shopper Marketing Manager

HSAD North America is seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of in-store marketing and merchandising strategies across all channels and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive shopper strategy and creative for all business units in collaboration with brand teams to elevate shopper solutions and capabilities.
  • Spearhead the development and sharing of brand insights and plans, measurement, evaluation, and analysis to support shopper marketing activation.
  • Manage multiple vendors, including display manufacturers and printers, to deliver best-in-class retail solutions.
  • Develop and negotiate win-win outcomes with retailers to achieve both retailer and LG in-store strategies.
  • Uncover key retailer shopper insights and understand retail partners' specific parameters and guidelines for in-store marketing.
  • Develop account-specific yearly shopper plans in collaboration with retailers, including gaining access to store-level sell-thru data.
  • Uncover and discern category shopper insights and develop key activations that leverage these insights.
  • Oversee the development of flawless execution processes working with national and regional accounts, internal processes, and LG Key Account (KAM) teams.
  • Ensure retail compliance of all programs through the creation and management of rigid auditing processes with clear reporting outputs.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and field stakeholders and senior management about in-store and merchandising activities.
  • Develop sell-thru analysis-approved processes to subject every new in-store activation to a rigorous ROI analysis.
  • Act as the central point of contact for sales teams to deliver all necessary elements for successful product launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, NPI coordinator, product marketing, and ISM training and installation teams to ensure all assets and elements are developed and delivered on time, with consistency, and in one complete package for sales teams.
  • Project manage budgets and work with procurement through final execution and billing.
  • Develop and execute key test/learn projects to feed the innovation pipeline for future best-in-class shopper marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in in-store, shopper marketing, or closely related responsibilities required.
  • Point of Purchase (POP) production experience required.
  • Extensive and meaningful experience with retail executions of in-store marketing programs required.
  • Knowledge of US retail account channels highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, agencies, and vendor partners required.
  • Ability to travel nationally to support business needs required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills required.
