Administrative Coordinator

Seniors First of Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Payroll and Scheduling team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling, time keeping, payroll processing, and report processing. They will also work closely with staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including time sheets, accounts payable invoices, and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile attendance and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries from staff and leadership, investigating questions related to staffing issues and acting as a liaison between departments and vendors
- Communicate with staff regarding procedural requirements for processing payroll
- Communicate routinely with management to support and maintain desired levels of service
- Serve as a subject matter expert in working through time keeping, accounts, expense, and schedule issues with team members and other leadership personnel
- Ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis and support administration throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, accreditation, and licensure requirements, and policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, including independently coordinating, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and completing projects
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience working across organizational levels, detail-oriented work, analytic, and payroll preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Excel and word processing required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in scheduling preferred
- Ability to read and interpret various schedules and schedule formats with proficiency in data entry and management
- Good sense of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to form and maintain positive relationships and manage resources and personnel effectively
