Position Overview

The Lead Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily operations to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, adherence to corporate standards, and achievement of financial objectives. This role encompasses strategic planning and management of restaurant services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspire team members to attract, retain, and develop talent; including hiring, scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Execute company initiatives and manage operations to guarantee compliance with safety standards and deliver optimal service.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on financial performance to maximize revenue while minimizing costs.
  • Address customer feedback and trends to maintain a high-quality dining experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase guest engagement.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of restaurant areas and equipment.

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of two years of post-secondary education; a college degree is preferred.

Experience: Two to three years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Knowledge/Skills: Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, strong leadership abilities, and sound decision-making skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items regularly; mobility is essential; continuous standing and adaptability to various temperatures are required.
