Role Overview: The HR Content Management Supervisor will spearhead the development and oversight of content strategies across our HR platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring that all HR-related content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for the HR portal and case management systems.
  • Design and implement user-friendly content organization to enhance accessibility for all associates.
  • Establish and maintain guidelines, standards, and workflows for content creation, review, and publication.
  • Regularly review and update existing content to ensure it remains relevant and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Oversee the HR content approval process, ensuring proper version control and change tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Required Experience:

  • 5-6 years in content creation roles such as Content Writer, Content Lead, or Content Strategist.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven HR communications experience.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics.

Work Environment:

This position offers a remote work opportunity with minimal travel requirements. Candidates should be prepared for an open office environment and may need to work overtime as necessary.
