Job Overview:
Position: Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Role Summary:
- Execute payroll and benefits management tasks
- Provide back office support during the absence of the Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage semimonthly payroll processing using the ADP Vantage system
- Oversee employee benefits administration
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Facilitate new employee orientation
- Coordinate job postings and interview scheduling
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
- Strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented approach
- Collaborative team member
- Reliable and skilled in time management
Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with ADP systems
- Familiarity with HR general processes
- Authorized to work in the United States
Organizational Position:
Reports to HR/Administration Manager
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer
- The role requires physical skills typical of an office setting
