Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of content for the HR portal and case management system.
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality, accessible content that meets the needs of our associates.
  • Establish and enforce guidelines, standards, and workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing.
  • Regularly monitor and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent flow of information.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the HR content approval process, including tracking changes and maintaining version control.

Team Leadership:

Supervise the operations of the Content Management Team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Assist in the development of team members and ensure that performance goals are met.

Collaborate with various departments to gather content requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.

Generate reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of content strategies.


Qualifications:
  • 5-6 years of experience in content creation, including roles such as Content Writer, Content Lead, or Content Strategist.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in HR communications is essential.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Digital Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth understanding of content marketing principles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ServiceNow.

Work Environment:

This position offers a remote work opportunity with an open office environment. Overtime may be required as necessary, and minimal travel is expected.
