Position Overview:
The Team Supervisor is equipped to execute all responsibilities associated with the team during the shift, while also taking charge of the store's daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. This role ensures adherence to company protocols across various operational facets, including sales, returns, customer interactions, team leadership, financial oversight, and additional tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the budtender team, overseeing daily store operations, training staff, and ensuring effective opening and closing procedures.
- Guarantee that all product displays are set up and manage employee breaks efficiently.
- Compile and present shift summary reports to the General Manager.
- Inspire and mentor the team regarding daily promotions and monthly goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.

- Assist the General Manager with routine operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and team development strategies aimed at boosting sales.

- Uphold compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and exceptional service to ensure a superior customer experience, maintaining product quality in line with company standards.

- Report sales figures and promotional activities to the General Manager at the end of each shift.
- Secure the register and store financial reports appropriately.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Typical start time: 8:30 AM
- Typical end time: 10:00 PM
- Availability for weekends, nights, and day shifts is required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail management is essential
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
